Kitchen remodeling · South Florida

Kitchen remodeling, designed and built as one.

A kitchen is the most decision-dense room in the house: layout, cabinetry, stone, lighting, plumbing, electrical and appliances all depend on each other. We design them together, put the scope in writing and build it on a schedule you can see.

What is included

Everything a kitchen touches, in one scope.

Every kitchen we take on is scoped room by room and trade by trade, so you know what is included, what is excluded and where allowances apply before anything is ordered.

  1. 01

    Layout and space planning

Work zones, island sizing, clearances and storage, drawn to the measured room — including walls that move or openings that widen.

  2. 02

    Custom cabinetry

Made-to-measure cabinetry with finishes compared side by side in 3D before you approve. How our cabinetry works.

  3. 03

    Countertops and stone

Quartzite, marble, porcelain slab or engineered surfaces, selected for how you cook and templated after cabinets are set.

  4. 04

    Lighting and electrical

Layered task, ambient and accent lighting, appliance circuits and outlet placement planned with the cabinet drawings.

  5. 05

    Plumbing and appliances

Sink and fixture locations, gas or induction, ventilation sized to the cooktop and integrated or panel-ready appliances.

  6. 06

    Flooring, walls and finishes

Flooring transitions, backsplash, plaster or paint and trim, finished to the same standard as the cabinetry.

How we plan it

Decisions in the right order.

Most kitchen delays come from late decisions and long lead times. We sequence selections so the items that take longest are chosen first.

See the seven-step process
  1. 01

    Measure the existing room

A site visit records dimensions, existing plumbing, electrical, ventilation routes and anything that limits the layout.

  2. 02

    Settle the layout first

Cabinetry, appliances and lighting all follow the plan, so it is agreed before finishes are discussed.

  3. 03

    Select long-lead items early

Cabinetry, appliances and stone usually set the pace of a kitchen, so they are chosen and ordered at the start.

  4. 04

    Price changes before they happen

If something changes once work begins, you see the cost and schedule effect in writing and approve it first.

South Florida

Built for South Florida homes.

Humidity, salt air and the way homes here are built all shape what belongs in a kitchen.

Humidity and materials

Cabinet boxes, edge banding, hinges and finishes are specified for a humid climate, and ventilation is planned to move moisture out, not just smoke.

Condominium kitchens

Many condominium associations require an approved alteration application, proof of contractor insurance and set working hours. We build those steps into the schedule.

Permits

Kitchen work that moves plumbing, adds circuits or changes walls generally needs a building permit from the city or county. Permit work is part of our scope, not left to you.

Light and outlook

South Florida light is strong. We consider glare on stone, fading of natural wood and how the kitchen opens to terraces and pools.

FAQ

Questions homeowners ask

What does a kitchen remodel cost in Miami?

It depends on the size of the room, whether walls, plumbing or electrical move, the cabinetry and the stone and appliance selections. We price each kitchen from a site visit and a written scope, so the number you see reflects your room rather than an average.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

Your proposal includes a schedule built for your project. Custom cabinetry, stone fabrication, appliance delivery and permit review usually set the pace, which is why we select those items first.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Where the work requires a permit, preparing and managing it is part of our scope, along with the inspections that follow.

Can you remodel a condominium kitchen?

Yes. We plan around the association’s approval process, insurance requirements and working hours, and include those steps in the schedule.

Do you design the kitchen or do I need a designer?

Design and construction are coordinated by one team. If you already work with an architect or interior designer, we coordinate with them and build to their drawings.
